3. Customer Responsibilities

- Comply with all applicable federal, state, and local laws.
- Maintain the confidentiality of your account credentials.
- Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
4. SMS and Email Communications
Our platform may send SMS and email messages to your customers on your behalf.
By using our services, you acknowledge that:
- You are responsible for obtaining any legally required customer consent.
- Message frequency varies based on your account settings.
- Message and data rates may apply.
- Recipients may reply STOP to opt out of SMS communications.
- Recipients may reply HELP for assistance.
5. Payments
Fees are due according to the pricing agreed upon between Five Star Reputation and the customer.
Failure to pay may result in suspension or termination of services.
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, fees are non-refundable once services have been provided.
6. No Guarantee of Results
While our services are designed to help businesses improve customer engagement and online reputation, Five Star Reputation does not guarantee:
- A specific number of reviews
- Improved search rankings
- Increased revenue
- Increased customer traffic
- Any particular business outcome
Results depend on numerous factors outside our control.
7. Intellectual Property
All website content, branding, graphics, software, workflows, and materials are the property of Five Star Reputation unless otherwise noted.
You may not reproduce or distribute our materials without written permission.
8. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use our services for unlawful purposes.
- Upload malicious software.
- Attempt unauthorized access to our systems.
- Misrepresent your identity.

Violation of this section may result in immediate termination.

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for services during the three months preceding the claim.
